My dear guests, my name is Valia Kokkinou and I am the Founder & CEO of ThinkVilla, a bespoke luxury rental agency. After many years of studies in Glion Hotel Management school and exploring the world, I feel very fortunate to have joined some of the worlds most luxurious hospitality brands, such as Leading Hotels of the World & Marriott. When I took the decision to return to my birthplace, Greece, I decided to start my own vacation rental company. ThinkVilla was launched back in 2009, filled with love & passion for the hospitality industry & today it proudly counts more than 220+ properties all over Greece in its portfolio, and since our beginning we have welcomed over 60.000 visitors.

We are a team of five “family members” together with Marianna, Despina, Giorgos & Nikki. We have chosen to specialise within the hospitality villa industry by offering only experiences of exceptional quality. What we believe : Our Vision is to fill the earth with the light and warmth of hospitality –by delivering exceptional experiences – every villa, every guest, every time. Our Mission, to be the most hospitable Bespoke rental agency in Greece – by creating engaging experiences from our heart to our Guests, meaningful opportunities for Team Members, high value for Owners and a positive impact in our Communities.

We wish to take care of all the details of your holiday, to be responsible for your day to day needs – by making recommendations, giving you the most valuable tips, supporting you with reservations and always be available for a call, during your entire stay. Prior to your arrival we will contact you to plan all details, specific requests and provide you with all the driving directions, whilst at your arrival day, the property owner will be waiting for you, and welcome you to the Villa.
